《流程工业》深度赋能ACHEMASIA 2025：以专业内容与创新矩阵驱动行业可持续发展
2025年10月14日，第十二届阿赫玛亚洲展（ACHEMASIA）在上海虹桥国家会展中心隆重开幕。本届展会以“国际可持续化学生产”为主题，汇聚来自14个国家和地区的265家企业参展。
时隔六年，阿赫玛亚洲展再度回归上海。展会期间，围绕流程工艺优化、绿色化学、制药纯化、节能技术及智能化生产等行业热点，举办了一系列主题演讲、卫星研讨会及专业论坛，系统呈现了亚洲流程工业在技术突破、产业协同与政策对接方面的最新成果。
在由《流程工业》主办的“2025流程工业企业出海与高质量发展论坛”上，与会嘉宾以“智造未来·合规致远：中国流程工业企业出海与高质量发展新路径”为核心议题展开深入探讨。来自恒逸（文莱）石化、东华工程、中石化广州工程等工程公司，以及西安东风机电、联塑、蓝科高新、森松、必维等装备制造与技术服务企业的资深专家代表，分享了关于全球化战略布局、前沿工程技术应用、合规运营管理及供应链高效协同等关键议题的见解，为中国企业在全球市场中稳健发展搭建了高质量的交流平台。
同时，流程工业、制药业主办的“2025制药行业净化与节能技术培训会”,以“净化升级，节能增效”为主题，聚焦制药行业在合规与节能双重挑战下的技术路径与实战方案，吸引了来自全国制药企业生产、设备管理、公用工程、洁净暖通设计及行业监管领域的专业人士参与。
在展会现场，“2025流程工业创新奖（2025 AchemAsia Process Innovation Award）”正式揭晓，该奖项涵盖化学工程技术与装备、制药工程技术与装备、氢流体工程技术与装备、氢能、绿色生产技术与装备、数智化与仪器仪表及标杆项目六大类别，全面覆盖流程工业关键技术与装备领域，旨在以创新驱动行业可持续发展。德国德西玛展览有限公司首席执行官Björn Mathes博士、德国弗戈传播集团国际业务战略部门负责人Gerd Kielburger、北京机工弗戈传媒广告有限公司总经理蒋亚宝等嘉宾为其获奖企业颁奖。
此外，《流程工业》全媒体平台主编胡静在展会现场对德国德西玛展览有限公司首席执行官Björn Mathes博士进行了专访，围绕本届展会传递的核心信息、未来流程工业发展趋势、议题设置与中国“双碳”的契合度，以及下届展会展望等关键议题展开深入交流。

PROCESS China Deeply Empowers ACHEMASIA 2025: Driving Industry Sustainability through Professional Content and Innovation Matrix Campaign
The 12th ACHEMASIA grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao) on October 14, 2025. With the theme of "International Sustainable Chemical Production", this year's exhibition gathered 265 enterprises from 14 countries and regions.
After a six-year interval, AchemAsia returned to Shanghai. During the exhibition, a series of keynote speeches, Congress Programme and professional forums were held focusing on industry hot topics such as process optimization, green chemistry, pharmaceutical purification, energy-saving technologies and intelligent production. These events systematically demonstrated the latest achievements of process industry in technological breakthroughs, industrial collaboration and policy alignment.
At the "Forum on Process Industry Enterprises Going Global and High-Quality Development" hosted by PROCESS China, participants conducted in-depth discussions. Experts and representatives from engineering companies including Hengyi (Brunei) Petrochemical Company, China Chemical-Donghua Engineering Technology and Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering，as well as equipment manufacturing and technical service enterprises such as Xi’an Dongfeng Electromechanical, Morimatsu, Guangdong LESSO，Lanshi Branch and Bureau Veritas Group, shared insights on key issues such as global strategic layout, cutting-edge engineering technology application, compliant operation management and efficient supply chain collaboration. This forum built a high-quality communication platform for Chinese enterprises to achieve steady development in the global market.
Meanwhile, the "2025 Pharmaceutical Purification and Energy Conservation Technology Conference" hosted by PROCESS China and PharmaTEC China centered on the theme of "Purification Upgrade, Energy Saving and Efficiency Enhancement". It focused on technical paths and practical solutions for the pharmaceutical industry under the dual challenges of compliance and energy conservation, attracting professionals from national pharmaceutical enterprises' production, equipment management, utility engineering, clean HVAC design and industry supervision fields.
At the exhibition site, the "2025 AchemAsia Process Innovation Award" was officially released. This award covers six categories: chemical engineering technology and equipment, pharmaceutical engineering technology and equipment, hydrogen fluid engineering technology and equipment, hydrogen energy, green production technology and equipment, digital intelligence and instrumentation, and benchmark projects. It fully covers key technology and equipment fields in the process industry, aiming to drive the sustainable development of the industry through innovation. Dr. Björn Mathes, CEO of DECHEMA , Gerd Kielburger, Head of International Business Strategy at Vogel Communications Group, and Jiang Yabao, General Manager of Vogel China, presented awards to the winning enterprises.
In addition, Hu Jing, Editor-in-Chief of the PROCESS China, conducted an exclusive interview with Dr. Björn Mathes, CEO of DECHEMA , at the exhibition site. They had in-depth exchanges on key topics including the core information conveyed by 2025 exhibition, future development trends of the process industry, the alignment between the forum topics and China's "dual carbon" goals, and prospects for the next exhibition.
During the 2025 AchemAsia Exhibition, PROCESS China established a diversified activity matrix consisting of "forums + training sessions + innovation awards". This matrix not only built a core platform for technical exchange, experience sharing and cooperation connection in the process industry field, but also systematically demonstrated the industry's latest achievements in greenization, intellectualization and internationalization.
